Front of house are exceptional especially Abishekh - great friendly and very helpful. Staff were all really good expect pool bar as they were quite abrupt with menu options for kids. Rooms cleaned well and housekeeping were all fantastic. Really impressed with this hotel overall just pricey and had to pay for additional bed as room couldn’t accommodate 2 adults 2 kids even though booking said it would

This is a true find. A superb hotel and the Room was HUGE.. Originally I was by myself and then my Partner joined me. Breakfast is great as is the evening in Crust ( I / We had the half board option.. The cleaners were incredible for the daily clean. The Front desk staff are faultless. The upstairs pool area is fabulous as is the spa area too. ALL the staff were exceptional and all deserve a shout out of praise.. including the Valet guys and conceirge.. This will now become my go to Hotel in Doha.. Perfectly positioned and easy to get to the city and the surrounds by taxi..

Despite not recalling your name, I wanted to extend a big thank you to you, as well as show my utmost respect to Mr. Ayamn, the professional receptionist who ensured that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The quality of service extended far beyond our expectations. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully appointed, setting a new standard for comfort and luxury. Additionally, the room service was impeccable, offering a delightful culinary experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the magnificent pool and the fully equipped gym, enabling us to relax and rejuvenate. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the entire property did not go unnoticed and truly enhanced our overall experience. Rest assured, I am already looking forward to booking another stay at your esteemed hotel in the future, as I cannot imagine a more perfect accommodation for my next visit. Location of the Hotel is good Room was Clean and service was great Staff were good and helpful Pool was most of the day under the sun, clean and a small pool for the kids with a small area for kids to play (all outdoor) showers and toilets were next to the pool directly a small outdoor shower front of the pool there was a small bench for drinks breakfast was delicious with variety the view of our rooms was a city view rooms were quiet and near the stairs and elevator we told them its my mom birthday and they provided a small complimentary cake

Excellent amenities , fabolous hotel, 10/10 the staff were great , the cleaning staff were amazing, we had fresh towels everyday, everything was clean and tidy, the toilet experience was fantastic especially coming from the UK. I loved the segregation of facilities such as the Jacuzzi, steam room and Sauna. The food was good - both in quantity and quality. They facilitated my needs when I requested for adjoining rooms. Main events such as football matches were played upstairs in the A La Carte restaurant which was a great experience.
