I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding experience my recent stay at your hotel provided. Despite not recalling your name, I wanted to extend a big thank you to you, as well as show my utmost respect to Mr. Ayamn, the professional receptionist who ensured that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The quality of service extended far beyond our expectations. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully appointed, setting a new standard for comfort and luxury. Additionally, the room service was impeccable, offering a delightful culinary experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the magnificent pool and the fully equipped gym, enabling us to relax and rejuvenate. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the entire property did not go unnoticed and truly enhanced our overall experience. Rest assured, I am already looking forward to booking another stay at your esteemed hotel in the future, as I cannot imagine a more perfect accommodation for my next visit. Inshallah, our paths will cross again soon. Thank you once again for creating such a memorable stay

We came her for our honeymoon and opted for half board which suited our holiday plans. Both breakfast and dinner were to a good standard albeit somewhat repetitive. Good choice of meat and non-veg options. We really loved the different salads every day- really tasteful and flavoursome. Great size room with lovely modern decor and excellent staff. Location was really good with easy accessibility to 2 metro stops/ easily get a taxi on the TaxiF app to main attractions (stadiums/ malls/ museums/ souq/ corniche/ mosques etc.) Very grand entrance, and clean hotel. Nice spa facility (access has to be paid separately to the hotel booking). Special Mentions! A very special mention to our house keeper Siraj- he was very good at his job, so polite, so accommodating and very sweet. He was exceptional throughout our stay...management: he deserves a bonus!! Another special mention to Esperanza, one of the restaurant waitresses who was very welcoming, attentive and over the course of our stay always took care of us at dinner.

Our experience as soon as we arrived was great! Checking in was easy and relaxing in the very comfortable lobby, refreshing drinks were available as well, they have free valet parking so we didn’t have to worry about finding a spot in the underground parking area (you can however park yourself if you wish). We arrived well before our checkin time, however they were very accommodating and since our room was already cleaned they let us check in early. Breakfast was amazing with a very good spread! We even had dinner in their restaurant on two occasions and the food and service were very nice! The staff at the restaurant made us feel at home.

The hotel is well located, very near to the airport and the old Doha and well connected. Rooms are well equipped, clean and comfy. Breakfast is delicious with ample variety of western, arab and even asiatic style options. The gem of the food (which in overall is delicious) offered either on the restaurant or room service is the bread, the german baker does show what bread should be and it is really nice to have fresh bretzels available everyday. Pool area is nice and in general services are outstanding as well as the facilities. They offer 24/7 room service with a wide range of options for everybody.
